Grease filling specification
After new installation and every 100 hours of operation, extreme pressure lithium grease must be filled through the grease nipple. When filling, slowly turn the excavator for at least two weeks until the old grease escapes evenly from the sealing lip to ensure that the new grease completely fills the raceway and removes impurities.

Installation bolt pre-tightening torque inspection
After the first 100 hours of work, the pretension of all mounting bolts must be checked using a torque wrench. After that, a re-inspection shall be carried out every 500 hours of work. Grade 10.9 or 12.9 high-strength bolts must be used for bolts. It is strictly forbidden to reuse old bolts to prevent fatigue fracture.

Gear meshing clearance adjustment
The meshing clearance between the pinion and the large ring gear of the rotary support should be adjusted during installation.
