SWBTEC HISTORY

In 2005
Mr Liu, the head of the technical department, left a slewing bearing company where he had worked for 5 years, rented a workshop of less than 200 square feet, and purchased several sets of second-hand equipments to start the production of slewing bearings.
In 2006
SWBTEC was officially registered.To become the leading high-performance slewing bearing manufacturer, we have been at the forefront of innovation and reliability since our founding.
In 2007
The company’s monthly output reached 150 sets, due to more orders, began to buy and increase equipment, including 2 sets of second-hand gear shaping machine made in the former Soviet Union, 2 sets of brand-new rocker arm drilling machine tools, a brand-new three-coordinate pilot hole machine.In May 2007, the first export of 5 sets of slewing bearings with 800mm raceway centre to Germany.
In 2008
The company workshop moved to a new address, the plant area increased to 1200 square feet, the monthly production reached 300 sets per month, began to give the domestic famous excavator manufacturers OEM supporting, and at the same time began to South Korea’s famous excavator manufacturers for samples, the number of exported products began to become more and more, reaching about 100 sets per month, the number of exported countries has increased to 8, including Germany, Italy, Holland, Spain, South Korea, the United States, Sweden, Britain. Korea, USA, Sweden, UK.
In 2009
The company passed ISO9001 certification.In 2009, the company purchased 2 sets of CNC hobbing machine, 1 set of CNC drilling machine, 1 set of high speed milling machine and 2 sets of 1.5m CNC lathe.
In 2010
The monthly production reached 500 sets per month, and began to release the volume of supply to South Korea and China’s top three excavator manufacturers.
In 2011
The total number of employees was 50, including 42 workshop workers, the annual output reached 8000 sets, the number of customers increased to 18, and the export ratio was 30%.
In 2012
Mr Zhang, one of our company shareholders who has rich experience in slewing ring production and quality management, joined the company, and his arrival brought SWBTEC a qualitative leap, and the quality of the company’s products went up to a big stage, and it became the leading slewing bearing manufacturer in China.
2013-2014
The company is in stable development.
In 2015
The company purchased 2500 square feet of land and started to have its own factory building.
In 2016
The monthly output of the company has reached 1500 sets per month, the production equipment in the workshop has increased to 28 sets, including CNC drilling machine, high-precision precision lathe, CNC horizontal lathe, single tooth quenching machine, tooth whole quenching machine, raceway quenching machine, tempering furnace, and the monthly exported products have reached 650 sets.
In 2017
The company began to give OEM support to a famous German slewing rings manufacturer, under the guidance of this customer, the quality of the company’s products is once again better, especially the tooth and raceway quenching process has been improved a lot, which is much more than the quenching process of the domestic counterparts.In 2018, after 3 years of continuous supply of samples, we officially began to batch supply a famous construction machinery manufacturer located in Japan, and signed a long-term supply agreement.
2019-2023
We remain stable development despite the impact of the new crown epidemicIn 2024, the company’s annual output has reached 30,000 sets, slewing bearing processing size has been extended to 130mm-2000mm, most of the company’s production equipment has been better to the CNC equipment, exports accounted for more than 55% and the company’s staff has reached 70 people, whether from the quality or output, SWBTEC has developed into China’s domestic slewing bearing first echelon of the manufacturer! The company is more proud of its high-precision slewing bearings, which have always been in the leading position among the peers.
