Double-row ball slewing bearings are specially designed for super-heavy load scenarios. Double-row ball structure synchronously disperses axial and radial loads, increasing the load carrying capacity by more than 50% compared with single-row, with strong anti-tilting and better rotary smoothness; it is suitable for harsh working conditions, with long service life and long maintenance cycle. The disadvantage is that the volume and weight are larger, the installation requires higher precision, and the cost is significantly higher than the single-row ball type. Mainly used in heavy construction machinery, such as large cranes, aerial work trucks.
