Before installation, the surface of the mounting seat shall be cleaned to ensure that there is no welding slag or burr, and the flatness error shall be controlled within 0.1mm to prevent the deformation of the base from causing the bearing to jam.
Tightening procedure for high-strength bolts
The specified torque value must be achieved by using Class 10.9 or Class 12.9 high strength bolts with hard plain washers in three times (30%, 80%, 100%) in diagonal cross order.
Tooth backlash and meshing adjustment
When installing the drive motor, it is necessary to eliminate the tooth side clearance between the worm and the ring gear by adjusting the eccentric mechanism to ensure that the hand feeling is uniform and there is no obvious block when manually turning the worm.
Regular lubrication maintenance schedule
