42CrMo4 forgings treated: 42CrMo4 forgings treated by vacuum degassing, compared with ordinary 50Mn steel, its tensile strength is increased by 20%, even in mining operations and other scenarios, can also prevent support fracture.

3mm to 5mm hardened layer depth: the raceway adopts numerical control induction hardening technology, and the hardening layer depth is controlled between 3mm and 5mm. This process reduces the early wear rate by 65%.

In view of the large diameter (usually 800mm-2500mm) and flat characteristics of the excavator slewing bearing, we are equipped with 10 double-column vertical lathes (VTL) with a processing diameter of 3.5 meters. Compared with horizontal lathes, vertical machining can effectively avoid elliptical deformation caused by self-weight of large-diameter rings and ensure that the roundness error after turning is controlled within 0.02mm.
Quenching production line
We have the medium frequency induction hardening machine tool of Siemens CNC system, which is specially used to deal with complex raceway cross-section and tooth surface. The equipment can accurately control the heating temperature and cooling speed, ensure that the raceway hardening layer reaches 3mm-5mm evenly, and the hardness fluctuation is controlled within the range of ± 2 HRC, which perfectly solves the problem of “rail gnawing” in excavator operation.
Internal gear hobbing machine
Most of the excavator slewing bearing adopts internal tooth structure. We have introduced a professional CNC gear shaper, which is specially used to process high-strength internal gears with modulus 10-22. Through the modification technology, we have optimized the root fillet so that it can withstand the huge impact of the excavator start and emergency stop, and meet the AGMA 10 accuracy standard.

Ring Rolling and Normalizing
We use 42CrMo steel ingots for rolling, ensuring the metal flow lines are distributed circumferentially, increasing the ring’s strength by 30%. Subsequent normalizing eliminates stress.
Raceway and Surface Hardening
Raceway: A double-lip profile sensor is used to enhance raceway hardness. Hardening is performed along the tooth grooves, specifically tailored to the characteristics of excavators.
Negative Clearance Adjustment
By selecting steel balls of different diameters, the slewing bearing is adjusted to a state of slight negative clearance or zero clearance. This step is specifically designed for excavators to eliminate swaying during operation.
Simulated Condition Testing
Before leaving the factory, the product undergoes simulated excavator slewing motion on a test bench to test the starting friction torque. Finally, a double-lip seal is installed and lubricating grease is applied.

Heavy duty cnc turning center
In view of the large diameter (usually 800mm-2500mm) and flat characteristics of the excavator slewing bearing, we are equipped with 10 double-column vertical lathes (VTL) with a processing diameter of 3.5 meters. Compared with horizontal lathes, vertical machining can effectively avoid elliptical deformation caused by self-weight of large-diameter rings and ensure that the roundness error after turning is controlled within 0.02mm.
Quenching production line
We have the medium frequency induction hardening machine tool of Siemens CNC system, which is specially used to deal with complex raceway cross-section and tooth surface. The equipment can accurately control the heating temperature and cooling speed, ensure that the raceway hardening layer reaches 3mm-5mm evenly, and the hardness fluctuation is controlled within the range of ± 2 HRC, which perfectly solves the problem of “rail gnawing” in excavator operation.
Internal gear hobbing machine
Most of the excavator slewing bearing adopts internal tooth structure. We have introduced a professional CNC gear shaper, which is specially used to process high-strength internal gears with modulus 10-22. Through the modification technology, we have optimized the root fillet so that it can withstand the huge impact of the excavator start and emergency stop, and meet the AGMA 10 accuracy standard.

Ring Rolling and Normalizing
We use 42CrMo steel ingots for rolling, ensuring the metal flow lines are distributed circumferentially, increasing the ring’s strength by 30%. Subsequent normalizing eliminates stress.
Raceway and Surface Hardening
Raceway: A double-lip profile sensor is used to enhance raceway hardness. Hardening is performed along the tooth grooves, specifically tailored to the characteristics of excavators.
Negative Clearance Adjustment
By selecting steel balls of different diameters, the slewing bearing is adjusted to a state of slight negative clearance or zero clearance. This step is specifically designed for excavators to eliminate swaying during operation.
Simulated Condition Testing
Before leaving the factory, the product undergoes simulated excavator slewing motion on a test bench to test the starting friction torque. Finally, a double-lip seal is installed and lubricating grease is applied.
