Using medium frequency induction hardening technology, the raceway surface hardness is controlled at 55-62 HRC, and the effective hardening layer depth reaches 4mm-6mm. The 42CrMo4 or 50Mn high-grade alloy steel forgings are selected, and the tensile strength reaches 900 MPa – 1100 MPa after tempering treatment. Block sand, dust and moisture intrusion
Equipped with ageing-resistant NBR (nitrile rubber) or HNBR double-lip seals in the temperature range from -30°C to +120°C. We follow ISO 281 standards and Lundberg-Palmgren fatigue theory. Please provide your axial load, radial load, overturning moment and working speed. Our engineers will calculate the L10 life report through professional software for your reference.
For models within the standard forging inventory range (diameter <2.5 m), the delivery time is usually 35-45 days. For special custom materials or oversized diameters (> 3 meters), the lead time is usually 60-90 days due to the forging and heat treatment cycle involved.
If the gear surface is only slightly worn, it can be repaired by tooth profile modification. However, if the raceway is peeled off or the tooth root is broken, it must be replaced for safety reasons. We provide remanufacturing assessment services for old bearings to determine if they are of repair value.
The applicable temperature of the standard product is -20°C to +80°C. For environments below -40°C such as polar or cold storage, we will use special low-temperature impact toughness steel (such as 42CrMo4 low-temperature modified steel) and special low-temperature grease.
