SWBTEC · Ningguo SwbTec Industry Co., Ltd.
ball bearing slewing rings factory
SWBTEC manufactures ball bearing slewing rings for equipment that must rotate while carrying axial and radial loads and overturning moment. Choose a single-row or double-row ball arrangement, then match the gear and mounting configuration to your drive and support structure.
Send your drawing and operating loads to discuss a standard model or a drawing-based bearing.
Gearless ball slewing ring
Ball slewing rings made for your rotary assembly
A ball slewing ring combines two mounting rings, ball raceways, rolling elements and seals in one large-diameter bearing. It supports a rotating structure while transferring axial load, radial load and overturning moment to the stationary structure. The mating frame, fasteners and drive still have to be designed for the complete load path.
Ningguo SwbTec Industry Co., Ltd. supplies single-row ball, double-row ball and gearless slewing bearing products. The ball-row arrangement determines how loads are carried; the presence and position of gear teeth determine how a pinion can drive the ring. A gearless ring can still use a single row of balls.
Choose the ball arrangement and drive interface
Start with the applied loads and available installation space. The table separates ball-row design from the drive interface so that a gear choice does not hide a load-capacity decision.
| Configuration | What it offers | Selection point |
|---|---|---|
| Einreihiges Kugellager | A compact bearing architecture offered with internal gear, external gear or no gear. | Check the combined load and moment against the selected model's rating and the mounting structure. |
| Zweireihiges Kugellager | Two ball rows provide another option when a single-row design cannot meet the required load arrangement. | Allow for the larger section, weight and mounting demands shown on the model drawing. |
| Gearless interface | No integral gear teeth; a separate drive arrangement must rotate the supported structure. | Specify how torque enters the assembly and confirm that the gearless model meets the load case. |

From ring forgings to assembled bearings
SWBTEC inspects incoming ring forgings for visible defects and dimensions before rough turning. After rough machining, ultrasonic testing checks for internal defects. The raceways are machined with allowance for later heat-treatment distortion, then induction hardened and tempered. SWBTEC's process specification calls for HRC 55–62 at the hardened raceway.
Gear cutting and hole machining follow the required ring design. For higher-precision work, grinding controls ring geometry and mounting faces. Before assembly, parts are deburred and cleaned; the specified rolling elements, separators and seals are fitted to the drawing. A final rotation check looks for binding or abnormal noise.
Inspection points before shipment
SWBTEC's inspection process covers forging condition, heat-treated raceways, mounting-hole geometry and assembled rotation. Final records can include overall height, axial and radial clearance, inner- and outer-ring runout, raceway hardness and the dimensions of mounting features. Gear measurements apply when the chosen ring has integral teeth.
One supplied inspection record for model 010.20.280 shows how results are tied to a specific serial number: measured axial clearance was 0.15 mm against a 0.04–0.20 mm requirement, and the measured outer raceway hardness was HRC 56.6 against HRC 55–62. Request the drawing and inspection requirements for your own model so the acceptance criteria match your assembly.
Information needed for selection and quotation
Send the axial and radial loads, overturning moment, operating duty and expected shock loads with your equipment drawing. Identify the available outside diameter, bore, section height, mounting-hole pattern and any existing pinion. These inputs let SWBTEC compare a standard model with a drawing-based design and assess the support structure and drive interface together.
For a replacement bearing, add the old part number, ring and hole dimensions, gear data if present, and photographs of the marking and mounting faces. For a new design, state the installation environment and lubrication or sealing needs. Size, ball-row arrangement, gear machining, tolerance requirements, quantity and delivery destination affect the quote; a price needs the selected drawing and order scope.
