Le c\u0153ur de l'ensemble du projet r\u00e9side dans la coordination pr\u00e9cise de trois maillons : un ensemble de v\u00e9rins hydrauliques synchrones multipoints capables d'emp\u00eacher toute distorsion structurelle, un contr\u00f4le extr\u00eamement rigoureux de la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 de la bride (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bloqu\u00e9e \u00e0 0,15 mm pr\u00e8s, ce qui d\u00e9pend souvent d'une mesure au laser et d'un traitement sur site), et un accord de s\u00e9quence de couple qui ne peut \u00eatre touch\u00e9 par le tonnerre pendant l'installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne s'agit pas seulement d'un changement de pi\u00e8ces, mais aussi d'un test complet de calcul d'ing\u00e9nierie structurelle, de technologie de levage de charges lourdes et de mesures de pr\u00e9cision sur site. Nous devons nous assurer que le nouveau roulement ne pr\u00e9sente pas de \"charge ponctuelle\" ou de retrait pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 du chemin de roulement, afin de r\u00e9tablir les performances de ce gros porteur au meilleur niveau possible dans un d\u00e9lai d'immobilisation le plus court possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici les quatre \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s que nous devons surveiller dans la pratique :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_1_Structural_Engineering_Analysis_And_Center_Of_Gravity_Calculation\"><\/span>\u00c9tape 1 : Analyse d'ing\u00e9nierie structurelle et calcul du centre de gravit\u00e9<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s ou l'\u00e9chec est en fait d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par l'analyse structurelle avant l'utilisation de tout outil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le calcul pr\u00e9cis du centre de gravit\u00e9 (COG) est une condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la vie. Les empileurs-recycleurs, ce type d'\u00e9quipement, sont des charges intrins\u00e8quement d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9es, qui d\u00e9pendent toutes d'un \u00e9norme contrepoids pour \u00e9quilibrer le cantilever. Lors du remplacement du roulement, nous devons s\u00e9parer la structure sup\u00e9rieure de la base. Ces \"poids invisibles\" font varier les r\u00e9sultats du calcul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disposition du cric : le rapport d'analyse doit indiquer clairement le point d'atterrissage sp\u00e9cifique du cric hydraulique. Si la position est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u00e9cal\u00e9e, cela peut entra\u00eener des contraintes excessives dans les parties structurelles, voire l'\u00e9crasement de la structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_2_Multi-Point_Synchronous_Hydraulic_Jacking\"><\/span>\u00c9tape 2 : V\u00e9rin hydraulique synchrone multipoint<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le levage de la superstructure est l'\u00e9tape la plus spectaculaire, mais aussi la plus effrayante, de tout le processus de remplacement. Un syst\u00e8me de levage hydraulique multipoint synchrone doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi faut-il mettre l'accent sur la \"synchronisation\" ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9venir les d\u00e9formations structurelles : Bien que cette grande structure d'acier ait l'air dure, elle a en fait tr\u00e8s peur d'\u00eatre biais\u00e9e par la \"force\". Si un c\u00f4t\u00e9 est soulev\u00e9 plus rapidement que l'autre, la structure rigide se tordra. D'apr\u00e8s mon exp\u00e9rience, cette torsion entra\u00eene souvent une d\u00e9formation permanente de la structure, ce qui est catastrophique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contr\u00f4le de pr\u00e9cision PLC : dans ce type de projet, l'utilisation d'un manom\u00e8tre \u00e0 \u0153il humain a depuis longtemps \u00e9chou\u00e9, il faut donc utiliser un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le PLC. Ce syst\u00e8me peut surveiller la pression et le d\u00e9placement de chaque v\u00e9rin en temps r\u00e9el afin de garantir que l'ensemble de la superstructure s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve uniform\u00e9ment, comme sur un plan horizontal, et que l'erreur est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e au niveau du millim\u00e8tre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9crou de verrouillage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : une fois le v\u00e9rin en place, l'anneau de verrouillage m\u00e9canique doit \u00eatre verrouill\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la course du v\u00e9rin. Il s'agit de la derni\u00e8re ligne de d\u00e9fense pour les \u00e9quipes de levage travaillant sous des charges suspendues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<section
