Cependant, la technologie a fait des progr\u00e8s rapides ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Il existe de plus en plus de syst\u00e8mes de surveillance en ligne avec des capteurs int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, tels que le BCM. Il est tr\u00e8s pratique de pouvoir consulter les donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el sans temps d'arr\u00eat. Les roulements doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9charg\u00e9s et la position de la structure doit \u00eatre align\u00e9e. Par exemple, lorsque je mesure des grues, j'exige que la fl\u00e8che soit strictement centr\u00e9e. Pourquoi ? Parce qu'il faut neutraliser la charge partielle, faute de quoi la lecture du point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sera certainement fauss\u00e9e et les donn\u00e9es mesur\u00e9es ult\u00e9rieurement n'auront pas de valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_2_Instrument_Erection\"><\/span>\u00c9tape 2 : \u00c9rection de l'instrument<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veillez \u00e0 aspirer fermement le si\u00e8ge magn\u00e9tique et utilisez un comparateur de haute pr\u00e9cision avec une exactitude d'au moins 0,01 mm. L'usure pr\u00e9coce de la couronne d'orientation est tr\u00e8s faible. Si la sensibilit\u00e9 de la table n'est pas suffisante, vous ne pouvez pas mesurer la d\u00e9viation de la cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_3_Establish_A_Datum_Point_Zero\"><\/span>\u00c9tape 3 : \u00c9tablir un point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (z\u00e9ro)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour mesurer le \"jeu\", il faut d'abord avoir un point z\u00e9ro. Appliquez un moment connu \u00e0 la structure - par exemple, actionnez la fl\u00e8che vers le haut pour permettre au palier d'\u00eatre compact\u00e9 dans une direction. Lorsque la structure est compl\u00e8tement stabilis\u00e9e, ramenez la table \u00e0 z\u00e9ro. Lors de l'analyse des donn\u00e9es, comparez l'incr\u00e9ment de jeu mesur\u00e9 avec la valeur limite du fabricant. D'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la valeur limite = le degr\u00e9 d'usure admissible du jeu initial. Lorsque la machine fonctionne, le syst\u00e8me surveille en permanence l'usure axiale et radiale, ce qui \u00e9limine compl\u00e8tement la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'une inspection \u00e0 l'arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Remote_Access_And_Security\"><\/span>Acc\u00e8s et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 distance<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les donn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre transmises par Bluetooth ou visualis\u00e9es directement sur le web. Ce n'est que lorsque la tension des boulons est appropri\u00e9e que la charge peut \u00eatre r\u00e9partie uniform\u00e9ment sur le chemin de roulement, sinon les contraintes locales se concentrent et le roulement s'effondre rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lubrication_Analysis\"><\/span>Analyse de la lubrification<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La graisse est le \"sang\" du palier d'orientation. Outre l'injection r\u00e9guli\u00e8re d'huile pour assurer un fonctionnement r\u00e9gulier, il est \u00e9galement important de v\u00e9rifier l'\u00e9vacuation de l'huile usag\u00e9e. Si des particules m\u00e9talliques, voire de la limaille de fer, sont pr\u00e9sentes dans l'huile usag\u00e9e, il s'agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d'une preuve physique que les chemins de roulement
