C'est la partie la plus \u00e9nergivore de l'ensemble du remplacement du joint de la couronne d'orientation de l'excavatrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9poser le moteur d'oscillation : D\u00e9connectez et d\u00e9posez le moteur d'oscillation. Au cours de cette \u00e9tape, vous verrez la couronne int\u00e9rieure du pignon et le roulement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer les pi\u00e8ces g\u00eanantes : Retirez toutes les conduites hydrauliques ou les protections qui emp\u00eachent le contact avec les boulons du palier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desserrer les boulons du palier : retirer dans l'ordre les boulons qui relient le palier d'orientation au ch\u00e2ssis et \u00e0 la structure sup\u00e9rieure. Cette \u00e9tape permet de soulever la superstructure (ou le palier lui-m\u00eame, selon la conception de la machine) afin de faire de la place pour l'\u00e9limination de la rainure d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_3_Remove_Old_Seals_And_Clean_Notches\"><\/span>\u00c9tape 3 : Enlever les anciens joints et nettoyer les encoches<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La dur\u00e9e de vie du nouveau joint d\u00e9pend enti\u00e8rement de l'\u00e9tat de la \"rainure\" dans laquelle il se trouve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer l'ancien joint : utilisez un outil plat pour extraire l'ancien joint en caoutchouc de la rainure. Il faut faire tr\u00e8s attention \u00e0 ne pas endommager la surface d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du roulement. Une fois qu'une rayure ou une rainure est laiss\u00e9e \u00e0 cet endroit, elle constitue un canal permanent de fuite d'huile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nettoyage en profondeur : Nettoyer soigneusement la gorge du joint et toutes les surfaces environnantes. Toutes les anciennes graisses, salet\u00e9s et d\u00e9bris doivent \u00eatre enlev\u00e9s.
