Because ordinary aftermarket replacement parts, under the brutal shock waves of a hydraulic breaker, will inevitably fail completely after just 2,000 hours of operation. They often cut corners and eliminate the two most critical processes: deep induction hardening and negative clearance design. Today, I have broken down the underlying engineering logic behind this extreme durability and made it clear to everyone. Incidentally, I have exposed several installation traps that will cause the new gear to \u201cbreak teeth\u201d directly if I am not careful. The most critical issue with these \u201cpolished parts\u201d is that they grind away the most crucial quenched hardened layer. How can you expose them? Genuine source manufacturers can control every variable in-house\u2014from ultrasonic testing of the raw steel ingots to the final step of CNC gear hobbing. Then lower the excavator\u2019s boom toward the ground to lift the front of the machine off the ground. This heavy-duty grease adheres firmly to the steel balls and gears, preventing deadly \u201cmetal-on-metal\u201d contact even during moments of extreme localized stress caused by overturning moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why does my excavator make a clicking noise whenever it rotates?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you hear a crisp metallic snapping sound or a screeching friction noise during rotation, it\u2019s highly likely that the steel balls inside have shattered, or that a broken gear is jammed in the slewing motor\u2019s pinion gear. Take my advice: shut down the machine immediately! If you keep forcing it to rotate, you\u2019ll end up destroying the incredibly expensive slewing motor gearbox mounted on the turntable as well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p
