Dabei wird mit einer Messuhr das Spiel unter einem bestimmten Drehmoment gemessen und mit den Werksdaten verglichen. Die Technologie hat jedoch in den letzten Jahren rasante Fortschritte gemacht. Es gibt immer mehr Online-\u00dcberwachungssysteme mit eingebauten Sensoren, wie z. B. das BCM. Es ist wirklich bequem, Daten in Echtzeit und ohne Ausfallzeiten zu sehen. Unabh\u00e4ngig von den technologischen Ver\u00e4nderungen ist die t\u00e4gliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Festigkeit und des Aussehens der Schrauben nach wie vor eine grundlegende Ma\u00dfnahme, die durchgef\u00fchrt werden muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um die strukturelle Unversehrtheit gro\u00dfer schwerer Maschinen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, muss das Verfahren standardisiert werden, ganz gleich, welche Methode Sie anwenden. Im Folgenden werde ich die Erfahrungen aus der Praxis zusammenfassen, um diese beiden Arten von Messverfahren im Detail zu erl\u00e4utern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rocking_Test_Practical_Operation\"><\/span>Schaukeltest Praktischer Betrieb<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bis heute ist der \"Pendeltest\" in der Industrie der \"Goldstandard\" f\u00fcr die quantitative Bewertung des Lagerverschlei\u00dfes. Die Lager m\u00fcssen entlastet und die baulichen Gegebenheiten m\u00fcssen ausgerichtet werden. Bei der Messung von Kr\u00e4nen zum Beispiel verlange ich, dass der Ausleger genau zentriert ist. Und warum? Weil Sie die Teillast neutralisieren m\u00fcssen, sonst ist Ihr Messwert definitiv schief, und die sp\u00e4ter gemessenen Daten haben keinen Referenzwert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_2_Instrument_Erection\"><\/span>Schritt 2: Aufstellen des Instruments<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Achten Sie darauf, den Magnetsitz fest anzusaugen und verwenden Sie eine hochpr\u00e4zise Messuhr mit einer Genauigkeit von mindestens 0,01 mm. Der fr\u00fchzeitige Verschlei\u00df des Gro\u00dfw\u00e4lzlagers ist sehr gering. Wenn die Empfindlichkeit des Tisches nicht ausreicht, k\u00f6nnen Sie die Passfederabweichung nicht messen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_3_Establish_A_Datum_Point_Zero\"><\/span>Schritt 3: Festlegen eines Bezugspunkts (Nullpunkt)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um das \"Spiel\" zu messen, ben\u00f6tigen Sie zun\u00e4chst einen Nullpunkt. \u00dcben Sie ein bekanntes Moment auf das Bauwerk aus, indem Sie z. B. den Ausleger nach oben bewegen, damit das Lager in eine Richtung verdichtet wird. Wenn das Bauwerk vollst\u00e4ndig stabilisiert ist, stellen Sie den Tisch wieder auf Null. Dadurch wird die Basislinie f\u00fcr die Messung festgelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_4_Measure_Clearance_Play\"><\/span>Schritt 4: Spielraum messen (Spiel)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anschlie\u00dfend wird ein umgekehrtes Drehmoment aufgebracht oder die Struktur wird in umgekehrter Richtung \"gesch\u00fcttelt\". Zu diesem Zeitpunkt werden Sie sehen, wie die Zeiger zu schwingen beginnen, und den H\u00f6chstwert des Schwungs der Zeiger aufzeichnen. Im Allgemeinen ist der Grenzwert = der zul\u00e4ssige Verschlei\u00dfbetrag des urspr\u00fcnglichen Spiels. Die Schrauben m\u00fcssen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mit einem kalibrierten Drehmomentschl\u00fcssel \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden. Nur wenn die Schraubenspannung angemessen ist, kann die Last gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf die Laufbahn verteilt werden, andernfalls konzentriert sich die lokale Spannung und das Lager bricht schnell zusammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lubrication_Analysis\"><\/span>Analyse der Schmierung<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schmierfett ist das \"Blut\" des Gro\u00dfw\u00e4lzlagers. Neben der regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen \u00d6leinspritzung zur Gew\u00e4hrleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs ist es auch wichtig, den Austritt des Alt\u00f6ls zu kontrollieren. Finden sich im Alt\u00f6l Metallpartikel, sogar feine Eisensp\u00e4ne, ist dies meist ein physischer Beweis daf\u00fcr, dass die inneren Laufbahnen oder Rollen bereits schleifen und
